Clean rooms for a fair price

Very clean room, easy check-in. Also, the staff is willing to help you out with anything.

Rooms are very noisy. We’ve woke up multiple times due to sounds from in and outside the hotel. Furthermore, the restaurant is too expensive and there are not that many good restaurants in the near area.

very pretty surrounds.

A bit dated. not too sure about the shower. but the water was hot when we wanted between the nearby mosque and noisey neighbours hard to sleep at times

Nice outside but inside need a few improvements for it to actually feel like a four star hotel.

The room was clean and spacious, you have hair dryer in the room(so u don't have to call to ask for it), breakfast was amazing(Indonesian breakfast), garden was stunning, good size swimming pool. The manager was very friendly and approachable.

Wifi is horrible, you only get a good signal in the lobby despite having multiple connections. Tv doesn't have much channels, only a few Indonesian channels plus HBO but the picture quality was terrible and although we called them to check for it, they couldn't do anything about it. The person who went and check our TV said that they don't have enough signal boosters for all the rooms they have. Windows need either replacing(especially the lock) or at least fixed. In our room it was rusty, so u can't close it properly, in my parents' room due to the rust they can't shut the window once they opened it on the first day we arrived. Water preassure in the shower could be improved.

Beautiful landscape, nice atmosphere.

Room is not clean, many dust on the floor. It's seems the floor is not clean properly everyday.

Lovely location, beautiful gardens

Beautiful garden view Helpful staff Very good breakfast buffet Spacious room The manager made his rounds each day, personally speaking with guests and staff members. He is a good gentleman and it was nice to meet him.

One male staff member in the restaurant with a persistent cough, at times coughing with his mask down around his chin, without covering his mouth or coughing into his elbow. This was near the food buffet items. One male cleaning staff member used the lobby toilet and left without washing his hands. I am confident that the manager will deal with these unhygenic practices. We found our room cold at night (no heat or AC) but on the 2nd night we got an extra blanket from housekeeping and it was good.

Outdated but ok

Food and breakfast were nice.

Furniture from the fifties. Very outdated rooms. No WiFi in the room. In my case a group of Canadians stayed at the hotel. Noisy children in the hallways.

The outside exterior is better than the inside interior

You have a great place, with nice poolside views, the biggest letdown is the room itself, all need to be updated, no visible bedside PowerPoint to charge a mobile phone, wasn’t impressed with the old outdated bedside tables, needs an urgent upgrade to modernise it into today’s standards. Amazing views, from a tired room.

Only the bed.

Our room was placed at the end of the floor. Very old looking room with only one electric socket available for charging but unfortunately was not working!. I have to use the tv socket in order for me to charge my phone. There’s construction work in progress at the same floor which it give a lot of noise. At late night time, I work up from my sleep due to I heard weird noise knocking at the ventilation area. There’s no WiFi available in the room which very poor coverage in the public area. Overall this hotel had given me very bad experience. I didn’t recommend guest to stay at this hotel!!

The service team was exzellent, very friendly and helpful

There was a Chinese Group with more than 100 people, but only 1 restaurant. Very noisy Information by microfon about 25 minutes. In the evening Karaoke outside, but so loud you can not fall asleep. The finished her "session" 11pm No Information before, no excuses, nothing. Seems to be normal. It' s a Chinese Hotel with a Chinese owner. They do it as the like. No consideration for the rest of guests. Incredibly. Never again !!!

Staff, food and common areas should improve

Room was big and confortable. After complaining the day after about room service dinner, they apoloiced and invited us to dinner

Common areas were old ans dirty (carpet, sofas...). Room dinner service was slow and bad quality, foos arriving after 1 hour and cold. Staff didn't seem to understand much english...they answered as if they understood, but then they didn't. Breakfast needs more sweet options. We had previously asked via email if we couls rent a motorbike for two days, they said yes. Once we asked in reception, they suggested no to do it as it is a price per hour...and very expensive. When we were going to check out, at 5am, the person in charge was deeply asleep on a sofa...had to wake him up and it was not easy

Very good location of the hotel, very good food for breakfast (great choice of fruit, when I ordered cheese they were happy to give me some), very good food in the main restaurant.

There was a strong odor of mold in the room, so we asked to change a room and get another one with no scent of mold. Better book luxury/superior room.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent view.

Exvellent quite location with rooms with view on voulcanos Sinanung or Sibayak. Rooms very comfortable, big. Very good breakfast and restaurant. Beautiful swimming pool in garden. Mr Adi was our excellent guide for trip to visit all local attractions and evening pickup to city centre. Very helpful and comunicative thank you a lot!

Difficult to comunicate in English. Hot water not avaible whole day.

Nice for young family but the place is not for elderly people who are on wheel-chairs.

Facility for elderly people such as lift or a slope to push wheel-chairs.

Too many stairs which wheel-chairs cannot pass. Every slope should have a passage for wheel-chairs. The sanitary at the cottage is not well maintained. The road around the cottage is too narrow for a small car to manueuver.

Too expensive for what's worth

Nice staff, nice building but the rooms are noisy and not clean enough, especially the batrooms. Too expensive for this level
